   3 Maybe I'm missing something, but... is there a reason the [[/tags]] page is not
   4 in the basewiki? Also, maybe it should move to be under [[/ikiwiki]], since
   5 unlike [[/templates]] and [[/shortcuts]] there's no special reason to edit it.
