fix web reversion when the srcdir is in a subdir of the git repo.

Is there any reason why the inline plugin's template parameter couldn't take any pagetemplate templates, meaning those in use by the template plugin? Right now it seems that inline templates have to be `.tmpl` files on the filesystem.
