Escape HTML in RSS feeds, rather than relying on it being valid to stuff into a CDATA...

Is there any reason why the inline plugin's template parameter couldn't take any pagetemplate templates, meaning those in use by the template plugin? Right now it seems that inline templates have to be `.tmpl` files on the filesystem.
