   5 The GlobList format which was used for specifiying sets of pages, has been
   6 replaced with a new, more expressive PageSpec format. While GlobLists will
   7 continue to work, that format is deprecated, and you are encouraged to use
   8 PageSpecs from now on, and also to change any GlobLists in your wiki to
   9 PageSpecs. See the new [[PageSpec]] page for details.

  11 You will need to rebuild your wiki when upgrading to this version. If you
  12 listed your wiki in /etc/ikiwiki/wikilist this will be done automatically
  13 when the Debian package is upgraded. Or use ikiiki-mass-rebuild to force a
  14 rebuild.

  18    * ikiwiki can now download and aggregate feeds with its new aggregate
  19      plugin, so it's possible to implement a Planet using ikiwiki!
  20    * Add a run\_hooks function for the common task of running all hooks of a
  21      given type.

  23    * Don't put blog post forms on pages if there's no cgiurl set.

  40    * Patch from Roland Mas to support an rss=no parameter to inline directives.

  43    * PageSpecs can now include nested parens, "and", and "or". This remains
  44      backwards compatible to the old GlobList format. It's implemented by
  45      treating the GlobList as a very limited microlanguage that is transformed
  46      to perl code that does the matching.
  47    * The old GlobList format is deprecated, and I encourage users to switch to
  48      using the new PageSpec format. Compatability with the old format will be
  49      removed at some point, possibly by 2.0.
  50    * Wiki rebuild needed on upgrade to this version due to PageSpec change.
  51    * Add support for creation\_month and creation\_year to PageSpec.
