I'm not exactly sure how the integration would work. Something along the lines of a plugin to support .dox files would be my first thought. This makes the whole system somewhat like ikiwiki, but without the cgi for public editing. I was thinking of trying to convince that project to move to ikiwiki, but they're not going to want to re-write all their documentation.
