 It seems that HTML::Template also support `<!--Variable-->` syntax instead
 of `<Variable>`.  Chaning to this syntax will solve this problem, I guess.

 Even if changed to `<!-- TMPL_VAR -->` style, the problem may still exist if the template contains if else block.
